By accessing or using SaintCoreTax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. “SaintCoreTax” refers to the platform operated by Saint Core Holdings LLC.
SaintCoreTax is a business-to-business (B2B) tax practice management platform. It provides ten core service modules: Tax Preparation, Tax Resolution, Credit Repair, ITIN Processing, Business Formation, Bookkeeping, Notary / RON, Registered Agent, Tax Planning, and Website Builder. The platform is used by tax and financial services firms (“Firms”) to serve their clients (“Clients”). Saint Core Holdings LLC is the platform provider, not your tax firm.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not maintain more than one account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Pricing is per-module, per-user, billed monthly or annually. Bundle discounts are available. A 3% transaction fee applies to all client payments processed via Stripe Connect. Communications are billed per usage. Payroll is billed per employee. Fees are non-refundable. We will provide 30 days notice of any price changes.
SaintCoreTax Services may send you SMS and WhatsApp messages including appointment reminders, document requests, tax return status updates, payment notifications, and verification codes.
By providing your phone number to SaintCoreTax Services, you consent to receive these text messages. You may revoke consent at any time by texting STOP. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information or messaging consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report at no cost by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You have the right to cancel your credit repair contract within three (3) business days of signing. No fees will be charged until services have been performed.
The platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Saint Core Holdings LLC. Firms retain ownership of their client data. Clients retain ownership of their uploaded documents.
Your content. If you use the Website Builder or otherwise upload, publish, or submit content through the platform, you retain ownership of that content. You grant Saint Core Holdings LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reproduce, and publicly display your content solely to operate the Website Builder and deliver the service to you.
Your warranties. You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to publish your content and that your content does not infringe or violate the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights of any third party.
No endorsement. Saint Core Holdings LLC does not pre-screen, control, or endorse user-published content and is not responsible for it. We act as a service provider under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Notice and takedown. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent as described on our DMCA Copyright Policy page. A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A) must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act. We will expeditiously remove or disable infringing material and notify the affected user.
Counter-notification. If your content was removed, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) containing: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (3) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, and phone number, consent to federal court jurisdiction, and acceptance of service. Removed material may be restored in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers. Saint Core Holdings LLC has adopted and will reasonably implement a policy, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), of terminating in appropriate circumstances the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
We use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist our staff. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Saint Core Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Saint Core Holdings LLC is not responsible for the tax advice, preparation, or services provided by any Firm using the platform.
You agree to hold harmless Saint Core Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or any claim that content you uploaded or published infringes or misappropriates the intellectual-property or other rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have a 30-day window to export your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
