Saint Core Holdings LLC (“SaintCoreTax”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright and how an affected user may respond.

How to file a takedown notice

To report infringing material, send a written notice to the Designated Agent above that includes all six elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (such as the URL).
4. Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the Designated Agent that includes all four elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity.

Repeat infringers

SaintCoreTax has adopted and will reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
