Saint Core Holdings LLC (“SaintCoreTax”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright and how an affected user may respond.

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the Designated Agent that includes all four elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity.

SaintCoreTax has adopted and will reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
