SAINT CORE HOLDINGS LLC(“SaintCoreTax,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the SaintCoreTax platform, a multi-tenant platform for tax and financial services firms.
The SaintCoreTax platform, and the SMS and WhatsApp messaging program described in Section 5, are operated by SAINT CORE HOLDINGS LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. “SaintCoreTax” is the name of the product; SAINT CORE HOLDINGS LLC is the legal entity that operates it and is the entity registered with our messaging carriers.
Because we handle personal financial information, we treat this policy as our privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the FTC Safeguards Rule, and we handle tax data consistent with IRS Publication 4557. This notice explains what nonpublic personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your choices.

We collect information you provide including: name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), government-issued identification (such as driver's license or passport), bank account details (tokenized — never stored directly), tax documents and returns, financial records, credit reports, and — for clients who use our mailbox or virtual-office services — records of mail we receive and handle on your behalf. Where you use a service that requires it (for example, Live Scan fingerprinting), we may collect biometric identifiers; that collection is governed by our Biometric Information Privacy Policy.
We collect communication data including messages, SMS, call recordings (if consented), and chat messages exchanged through the platform.
We collect IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data for security and service improvement.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages from SaintCoreTax Services. Messages may include appointment reminders, document requests, tax return status updates, payment notifications, and account verification codes.

We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes. Messages are strictly transactional and related to your tax services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties for marketing.

Tax records are retained for 7 years per IRS requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations. To request deletion, contact support@saintcoretax.com.
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
SaintCoreTax is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. A parent or guardian who believes we may have collected information from a child under 13 can contact us at support@saintcoretax.com to review or remove it.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data), and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We use artificial intelligence (AI) and other automated tools to help process your information, prepare your work, and respond to your questions. We use these tools to assist our staff — not to replace human judgment. The table below lists the providers that may process your information on our behalf.

We do not use your tax or financial information to train AI models, and our AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
We do not make significant decisions about you using AI alone. A qualified person reviews AI-assisted work before any tax return is filed or any decision affecting your tax, financial, lending, money-exchange, or account status is finalized, and is authorized to change the outcome.
Sensitive personal information — including your SSN, ITIN, or EIN, financial-account information, and passport or immigration documents that reveal citizenship or immigration status — is processed only through service providers that are bound by written contracts. This information is never sold and is never used to train AI.
If we make a material change to how we use AI, we will give you conspicuous notice within the product. We will not silently or retroactively change how your information is used.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
