Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service or purchase. Clients are never required to opt in. You can create an account, buy any service, and use every part of the platform without agreeing to receive text messages.
The opt-in checkbox is optional and is never pre-checked. Leaving it unchecked does not block registration, does not change pricing, and does not affect the service you receive. Clients who opt in can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, and revoking consent does not affect their service either.
SAINT CORE HOLDINGS LLC collects SMS and WhatsApp messaging consent through two paths. Both are opt-in only, and neither is a condition of service or purchase.
Clients who sign up online at saintcoretax.com see an optional checkbox on the sign-up form, and can turn messaging on or off later from their account settings. The checkbox is never pre-checked — the client must actively check it. Submitting the form with the box unchecked completes registration normally, with messaging off.
Clients who sign up in the office sign a paper Service Agreement. SMS consent is notpart of that agreement’s signature block. It appears as a separate, clearly labeled SMS consent line, carrying the same language reproduced below, that the client must separately initial. A client who leaves that line blank still signs the Service Agreement and still receives the full service — they simply do not receive text messages. Staff then record the initialed consent in the same consent ledger described under “What We Record” below.

When you opt in from your account, the consent is captured server-side in a consent ledger. Each record stores the date and time of consent, the phone number provided, the capture surface, the IP address where applicable, and a snapshot of the exact consent language shown at that moment — so the record stays accurate even after the wording on this page is later revised. Revocations are stamped on the same record rather than deleting it, leaving the full consent history auditable. Clients may request a copy of their record at support@saintcoretax.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only for transactional messaging related to the tax, formation, bookkeeping, and credit repair services the client has requested.
